people say no because they don't feel comfortable with your communication, communication needs to be top-notch.

Saying no feels aggressive and feels blunt to whom you are talking to.

Here's how you can effectively say no:

1. Say it :

Being assertive implies to people that you are confident and have high self-esteem about what you are about to say and said,

3. Give your compliments :

Complementing the person in his effort to reach out to you and present their idea,

4. Set boundaries :

Many people struggle to say no in relationships and even don't know their role in the relationship,
