So let's dive into it.

1. Productivity Approach :

Productivity is what you want to do with your time, and you have to free your time.

The purpose of Productivity is to free your time from unwanted tasks, those outputs are meaningless.

Making a not-to-do list is more effective than a to-do list for updating performance.

Get a piece of paper and write down what irritates you and prevent happening from achieving what you want.

Write down all the things such as watching Instagram reels continuously tired you and don't have enough energy to start your daily routine.

2. Be Effective, Not efficient :

Effectiveness is doing things that get you closer to your goals, and efficiency in performing a given task effectively doesn't lead you anywhere.

Doing something unimportant is not to make it important, and Requiring a lot of time doesn't make it an important task.

So what you do is more important than how you do it.

Know what tasks help you go forward by prioritizing your work, same in social life, family, and daily routines too.

The method of deciding and prioritizing is a task called the Eisenhower matrix.

Fill daily tasks in the matrix and get your life to prioritize.

Eisenhower matrix, desicion matrix

3. Pareto's Principle 80/20 rule :

The Pareto principle is one of the best and known Time management skills, Pareto principle says what gets measured, gets managed.

The mathematical formula demonstrates all 80% of the wealth in the society, is produced and consumed by 20% of the population.

In other words, 20% of sources are resulting 80% of desired outcomes.

Take a day off and find your efficiencies in order to eliminate them and find the strength to cultivate them.

Focus on fewer things, Ignore the rest.

The World is shifting to new norms, not an old one where the world agrees to do work between 9-5.

E.g. If there are 24 hours to complete the final year project time forces you to focus on action to do it in a day, if your deadline is 7 days you'll do the same.
